The F&B Throttle Bodies Product Line
F&B Performance Engineered Products stocks throttle bodies for 1992-2003 Magnum engines, Dodge/Jeep V8 and V6,
Jeep 4.0L and Viper V10. See below for a full description of each. Currently we have distributors
around the country, and we also take factory direct orders.
All F&B products are CNC machined from the
highest quality raw materials
Body material is 6061-T6 aluminum with a clear sulfuric anodized coating. F&B shafts are machined from
17-4PH stainless steel or moly-coated 303 stainless steel. F&B butterfly plates are made from 6061-T651 aluminum
or aluminum bronze, depending on the application. All bearings are high-speed ABEC 3 ball bearings with high temperature
grease.
You need to enlarge the bore to get the big
flow numbers
Most stock throttle bodies are manufactured from aluminum castings. Once the casting is machined, thin walls,
porosity, and/or casting defects compromise the throttle bodys integrity. This is where high-quality billet
aluminum comes in, while F&B throttle bodies flow more than any other throttle body with the same bore size.
F&B's 6061-T6 billet TB can handle the thin-wall sections required for big flow rates in the stock throttle
body mounting patterns. Bore distortion, pulled threads, and cracked walls are eliminated, because we start with

Applications: 1992-2003 Stock to mildly modified 3.9L V6
The F&B 48mm throttle body comes with a new factory gasket,
all new 18-8 stainless steel cap screws for your factory sensors,
stainless steel hold down bolts, and the F&B billet seal nut
for your airhat. This TB requires minor modifications to your
factory airhat (Ram or Dakota). No modifications are required
for aftermarket air inlet systems. The 48mm throttle body flows
660 CFM @25"

2x50
Applications: 5.2L and 5.9L V8, Modified 3.9L V6
The 50mm throttle body features a profiled 303 ss shaft with
impregnated molybdenum finish. Comes with new factory gasket,
all new 18-8 stainless steel cap screws for your factory sensors,
stainless steel hold down bolts, and the F&B billet seal nut
for your airhat. This TB requires minor modifications to your
factory airhat (Ram or Dakota). No modifications are required
for aftermarket air inlet systems. The 50mm Throttle body flows
760 CFM @ 25". Factory V8 throttle bodies flow 635 CFM @ 25"

Applications: 1992-2003 Modified 5.2L and 5.9L V8
The F&B 52mm throttle body features a radically profiled
17-4 Stainless steel throttle shaft and 52mm bores. It comes with
a new factory gasket, all new 18-8 stainless steel cap screws
for your factory sensors, stainless steel hold down bolts, and
the F&B billet seal nut for your airhat. This TB requires
minor modifications to your factory airhat (Ram or Dakota). No
modifications are required for aftermarket air inlet systems.
The 52mm F&B throttle body flow 860 CFM @ 25"

2x52x55
Applications: 1992-2003 Stroked 5.9L V8
The F&B 52x55mm throttle body features a radically profiled
17-4 PH stainless steel shaft for maximum flow and 52x55mm Oval
bronze plates. This TB flows the equivalent of two 56mm bores.
This TB Flows 980 CFM at 25". It comes with a new factory
gasket, all new 18-8 stainless steel cap screws for your factory
sensors, stainless steel hold down bolts, and the F&B billet
seal nut for your airhat. The manifold opening and factory gasket
must be enlarged for this throttle body. We recommend the use
of a MPI 4 bbl w/2 bbl adapter or the MPI 2 bbl manifold from Mopar
Performance to optimize your setup. No modifications are required
for most aftermarket air inlet systems This TB is for stroked
motors over 360 ci displacement.

Applications: 1992-2003 Stroked 5.9L V8
The F&B 58mm throttle body features a radically profiled 17-4 PH stainless steel shaft for maximum flow
and 58mm equivalent plates. This TB flows the equivalent of two 58mm bores. This TB Flows over 1100 CFM at
25". It comes with a new factory gasket, all new 18-8 stainless steel cap screws for your factory sensors,
stainless steel hold down bolts, and the F&B billet seal nut for your airhat. The manifold opening and
factory gasket must be radically enlarged for this throttle body. We recommend the use of a MPI 4 bbl w/2
bbl adapter or the MPI 2 bbl manifold from Mopar Performance to optimize your setup. No modifications are
required for most aftermarket air inlet systems This TB is for stroked motors over 360 ci displacement only!

Applications: 2000-2005 Stock to mildly modified 4.7L Overhead cam motor - 4x4 - 4x2
The 4.7 liter F&B throttle body series comes with all new
stainless steel sensor hardware. This TB has a 4" inlet diameter
and requires a 4" to 3.5/3.25" adapter to hook up to
your stock resonator box. F&B has a 4"x3.5" dia.
reinforced Silicone coupler available for this purpose. The F&B
70mm throttle body flows over 700 CFM @ 25"

Applications: 2000-2003 Fully modified 4.7L Overhead cam motor - 4X2
The 4.7 liter F&B throttle body series comes with all new
stainless steel sensor hardware. This TB has a 4" inlet diameter
and requires a 4" to 3.5/3.25" adapter to hook up to
your stock resonator box. F&B has a 4"x3.5" dia.
reinforced Silicone coupler available for this purpose. The F&B
72mm flows 790 CFM @ 25".

1x62/66/68J
Applications: 1991-2003 Jeep 4.0L straight 6 and stroked motors (4.2L - 5.0L)
F&B Jeep throttle bodies are available in 62mm, 66mm and 68mm bore diameters (stock is 60mm necked to 56mm). Some intake manifold porting should be done to enlarge the manifold opening. These throttle bodies have a 3" inlet and are compatible with stock air intake systems (not recommended because of flow restriction) and most aftermarket air intake systems. |

V62/66/68
Applications: 1994-2002 Viper V10 - All
F&B Viper throttle bodies are available in 3 sizes (62mm, 66mm and 68mm)
to provide additional air for "street stock"
to stroked and blown Vipers. They feature 17-4 PH profiled shafts,
right and left matched pairs, a high polish and a wild signature
look. The factory Viper linkage must be reused. Inlet diameter
is 3.5".

Viper Fuel Rails Kit
Applications: 1994-2002 Viper V10 - All
New F&B low profile fuel rails capable of supporting over 1300hp! Designed for most top feed injectors, these fuel rails have four 3/8 NPT inlets/outlets for maximum flexibility in running your fuel system. Pictured is a dual feed, dual return with large pressure dampers for 90+lb injectors. Our cable relocation kit allows you to run your throttle cable under the fuel rails for a clean, trouble free installation. All hardware, cable brackets, and cams are provided in the kit. The fuel rails are dipbrazed, clear anodized 6061-T6 aluminum for multi-fuel use. F&B rails will fit under the rear cowling, and provide a super trick, factory look! You can see them in the Pennzoil synthetic oil ads in the June and July 2005 issues of Hotrod magazine! |

#R1 "Renzoni" mount
Applications: All F&B throttlebodies with 3 1/4-20 tapped holes in top.
This mount allows the installation of airhats that measure 1.6" or more in height (inside dimension).
Allows the ultimate in sealing for supercharged applications. Made from 6061-T6 Billet and anodized black.
Comes with mounting hardware.

#R2 "Ram Ring"
Applications: 2002-2003 Ram 5.9L
This is required to use the stock Ram air inlet system with the F&B line of throttlebodies. The re-designed
for 2002 air inlet system is a good flowing design superior to the older systems. With the use of the Ram
Ring and a drop-in high flow filter the F&B 2x50mm and 2x52mm throttlebodies can be used with the stock
air inlet system without loss of performance.
